1. Disk Cleanup

First of all, open File Explorer, under Device and drives, choose the drive in which Fortnite is installed (usually it will be in the C: drive). Then, right click the drive, go to Properties, and click Disk Cleanup. After the scan is done, choose all the check boxes and click OK.

2. Power Options

Second, set the View Distance according to your PC, but for the better gameplay experience you are recommended to set it on far. Third, set Shadows, Anti-Analising, V-sync, and Motion Blur to Off. Fourth, set Textures, Effects, and Post Processing to Low.
