The creator of Fortnite called Epic Games offers customers two methods of applying for refunds. The first one is simple and it is a great one to get your V-Bucks back if you buy something you did not want, or later decide you do not like. Another one is a little more difficult, but it is the best option if someone goes on a spending spree with your credit card and you need a refund for multiple items.
The first method is called easy in game Fortnite refunds. What is good about this easy method is that the entire process happens inside Fortnite and takes just a few clicks. The disadvantage is that you are able to use it only three times. Please keep in mind that it is not three times a month or three times a year, but it is three times total.
To use this method, the first thing that you have to do is to launch the game called Fortnite on your console, PC, or iOS device. Then, open the menu collated in the top right corner and click the Settings cog. The next thing that you have to do is to go to the Account and Content tab. Under the Unintentional Purchases section, please click the Submit a Request button. After that, select the item or items you want a refund for and choose a reason or your refund request. The last thing that you have to do is to submit your request. If you want to get a refund for a lot of items that were purchased without your permission, you will have to submit your request through Epic Games.
